Cellar Door

Situated on a 55-acre property just outside Roma, our former citrus and grape farm is the home base for our distillery.

Our Cellar Door opened in 2023. With indoor and outdoor seating, grab yourself one of our signature tasting paddles, a cocktail and something to eat. We offer a bar menu that includes our spirits, Queensland wine and craft beers and our kitchen serves food across the weekend. Enjoy a grazing platter featuring Western Queensland produce, relax in a beanbag, play a game of giant Jenga or cornhole or relax while the kids play in our sandpit. We welcome the whole family along with your pooch on their lead too.
