For the classy outlaws of the Outback

Bushranger Rum is our lightly spiced, dark rum. Distilled using Queensland molasses and stored for two years in ex-Bourbon barrels by our great mates at Capricorn Distilling Co.

The site of Western Queensland Spirit's Distillery was a grape and citrus farm in the 1950s and 1960s and our Head Distiller has used muscatel grapes and orange peel to pay homage, before adding vanilla and ginger for a smooth mouth feel. It's pretty delicious for our first take on rum, even if we do say so ourselves.

Pair with Long Rays Dark Soda or a light ginger beer with a slice of lime. Perfect for the pirates of the Outback.

The classic outback dry when you're just hoping for clear weather days

Uniquely representing the flavours of Western Queensland, this dry style gin incorporates bush lemon, desert lime, salt bush, geraldton wax and lemon scented gum.

A great cocktail gin or paired with a lighter style tonic (we prefer Long Rays Original Tonic) that doesn't overpower the gin. We sip it with a slice of dehydrated lemon.

This will break the drought in your mouth

Cheeky and playful, this new age gin represents everything you need on a scorching day out west. 

With a forward note of orange and mandarin, it's balanced with river mint and strawberry gum and has a slight ginger kick that leaves you wanting another sip.

Pair with a light citrus tonic for an extra boost or a gentle tonic that will make sure you get the most of the flavours. We also hear it's pretty good straight over crushed ice too. Garnish with a slice of dehydrated blood orange, mandarin or grapefruit.

Dedicated to our heroes who take to the western skies

A sunset-coloured gin created from a month-long steeping with blood orange, ruby grapefruit and lilly pilly. The sweetness of underlying gin is balanced with caramelised notes and the earthiness of the citrus peel.

This is best enjoyed with tonic (we use Long Rays Pacific tonic) or soda and ice as the sun sets across the open plains and mountain ranges.

A crisp, clean vodka infused with Western Queensland Bottlebrush. Bright, floral notes and a nutty finish. 

This is an infusion from a beautiful plant grown in many Western Queensland gardens.

Our smooth, velvety date liqueur, hand crafted using macerated, sun-kissed dates from Charleville, in Outback Queensland.

Spiced by our Head Distiller, this is everything Sticky Date lovers search for at Dessert. Drink neat, pair with your favourite cocktails or treat yourself to an Affogato.

Simply the best liqueur you've never heard of

Harnessing the perfection of tree ripened oranges from Rosedale Orchards, this is fruit forward but balanced in sweetness to leave a nice mouthfeel.

Once upon a time, the South Western region of Queensland was covered with citrus orchards. Working with the perfection of tree ripened oranges from Rosedale Orchards, one of few remaining orchards in the South West, we had to quote some recent feedback "this is simply the greatest liqueur you’ve probably never heard of."

Available as a small batch release only given the seasonality of the best fruit used to create this.
