Shipping

We use Australia Post or TNT for shipping across Australia. Unfortunately we are unable to ship our product internationally through our website but please contact info@westernqldspirit.com and we can discuss options if
you are looking to get your bottles overseas.

Returns

We do not refund or exchange bottle sales due to change of mind. However in the unforeseen circumstance that your product arrives broken or damaged – please get in touch with us and we will have this sorted immediately for you as this is the last thing we would want!

Exceptional Circumstances

We may also cancel your order for delivery in exceptional circumstances, in which case we will issue you a refund. These circumstances include, but are not limited to, where the ordered products are not available, if there was an error in the price or description of the ordered products.
