Bottlebrush Bubbles
Sweet and bubbly. Our Bottlebrush bubbles has a light, delicate and unique flavour of Western Queensland outback native bottlebrush. A sweet and refreshing yummy fizz.
Ingredients
- 30ml Bottlebrush Vodka
- 30ml Rosewater Syrup
- Sparkling – Prosecco
- Rose pedals
Method
- Method: Shake and strain
- Glassware: Martini glass
Pour Bottlebrush Vodka and Rosewater Syrup into a cocktail shaker and shake with ice for 8 seconds and strain into martini glass.
Top with sparkling wine
Garnish with rose pedals

- 30ml Rosemary Syrup
- 15ml Lime juice
- Rosemary Sprig
Method

- Glassware: Martini glass
Pour Bottlebrush Vodka and Rosewater Syrup into a cocktail shaker and shake with ice for 8 seconds and strain into martini glass.
Top with sparkling wine

Orange Gin Fizz
Our Orange Gin Fizz most certainly will turn heads. A blend of our zesty Orangecello and Desert Oasis Gin notes for a refreshing, vibrant and delightful taste for the ultimate summer's cocktail.
Ingredients
- 30ml Desert Oasis Gin
- 60ml Orangecello
- Soda Water
- Mint or dehydrated orange 
Method

Combine Desert Oasis and Orangecello into a tall glass over ice
Stir gently to combine, top with soda water
Garnish with dehydrated orange or mint

Named after the honourable founder of the Royal Flying Doctors, John Flynn. The John Flynn is a WQS favourite, with blend of Outback gin combined with our zesty lemoncello.
Ingredients
- 30ml Outback Gin
- 30ml Lemoncello
- Soda Water
- Slice of lemon and rosemary sprig 
Method

Combine Outback Gin and Lemoncello into a short glass over ice
Stir gently to combine, top with soda water
Garnish with slice of lemon and rosemary sprig
Rodeo Ranger
A pirate cocktail special. The bold rum, zesty lime, fresh mint and fiery ginger beer create a treasure trove of flavour.
Ingredients
- Quater Lime Wedge
- Mint
- 30ml Bushranger Rum
- 90ml Ginger Beer
- 90ml Pineapple juice
Method
- Method: Build in Glass
- Glassware: Short Glass
Muddle a quarter lime and four mint leaves in a glass.
Pour in Bushranger Rum, Pineapple Juice and Ginger beer over ice
Stir gently to combine.
