Guided by our expert mixologists, you’ll craft three cocktails across different styles while learning the techniques and secrets behind each method. Along the way, you’ll explore flavour balancing, presentation tips. Perfect for those looking to improve their home bartending game, or for those looking for a fun & delicious afternoon activity.
Whisky Aging Class
Unlock the secrets of whisky ageing in this immersive tasting experience. Guided by one of our expert team members, you’ll first explore what make whisky – from fermentation and distillation through to the science of maturation. Then, dive into whisky ageing 101, discovering how time, climate, wood, char, and cask history all shape a whisky’s character. You’ll also learn how our unique outback conditions play a role in whisky maturation, compared to traditional whisky producing regions. Along the way, enjoy four tastings – beginning with newmake whisky to experience the raw product, then working through several different cask finishes at various stages in their maturation – while developing the skills to recognise and describe flavour profiles like a professional
