A bright and balanced contemporary Vodka infused with the bold flavours of Western Queensland bottlebrush. The deep hues of bright, floral notes from beautiful plants grown in many Western Queensland gardens. 

Desert Oasis is a modern Australian-style gin that is perfect for a hot summer day. It has a cheeky and fresh taste with forward notes of orange and mandarin. The flavours of strawberry gum and native bush mint complement the citrus, and a slight kick of ginger rounds out the taste. This gin is inspired by the waterways across the region and is best served over ice with a citrus tonic.

This dry-style gin is a unique representation of Western Queensland's flavours. It features a blend of bush lemon, desert lime, saltbush and lemon-scented gum, combined with bay leaf, star anise, and rosemary spices. Our take on a classic dry, this gin has a hint of spice and a citrus finish, making it perfect for savoury cocktails like a Gimlet or Martini, or mixed with tonic or soda.

Our newest gin boasts Prickly Pear, roasted Wattleseed, Native Lemongrass, Desert Lime and Lilly Pilly botanicals. 

A dry gin with a semi-sweet mid palate and a nutty chocolate finish this addition proudly complements our other gins and stands as a permanent feature in our range. Or in Will’s words: the gin that was missing.

A sunset-coloured gin created from a month-long steeping with blood orange, ruby grapefruit and Lilly Pilly. The sweetness of underlying gin is balanced with caramelised notes and the earthiness of the citrus peel. 

As the lifeblood of Outback Queensland, $5 from each 500ml bottle sold will be donated by our founders to the Royal Flying Doctors Service – the real heroes of our Western Skies.

Our friends at Capricorn Distillery Co have distilled and stored our rum for two years in ex-bourbon barrels, after which our head distiller uses muscatel grapes, vanilla, orange and ginger to spice. It's our first take on rum, and we think it's delicious.

Our smooth, velvety date liqueur, hand crafted using macerated, sun kissed dates from Charleville, in Outback Queensland. 

Spiced by our head distiller, this is everything Sticky Date lovers imagine from a dessert drink. Enjoy neat, pair with your favourite cocktail or spice up an affogato.

Our Lemoncello (limoncello for the perfectionist) is handcrafted from lemons from right across the Western Queensland region. Following an old Italian recipe, our Lemoncello has zing, freshness and lemon sorbet flavours. One of our founders even swears by it over his vanilla ice cream. Best served chilled over ice or mixed with prosecco or soda for a neat little summer cocktail.

Using the perfection of tree-ripened oranges from Rosedale Orchards, this liqueur is fruit-forward yet balanced in sweetness, providing a pleasant mouthfeel. At one point in time, the Southwestern region of Queensland was adorned with citrus orchards. Today, we work with the perfection of tree-ripened oranges from Rosedale Orchards, which is one of the few remaining orchards in the southwest. 

Our Desert Oasis Gin mixed with Long Ray's Citrus Tonic creates the perfect premix gin can. Incredibly refreshing and perfect for a hot summer day!

Our Bushranger Rum mixed with Long Ray's Dark Soda creates the perfect premix rum can. twangy but not overpowering; ginger, orange peel, vanilla and kola nut dial up the characteristics of our rum.
